Live performers, the Fools Brothers have been entertaining patrons on stage with their special brand of entertainment, a blend of humor and magic. ‘Fools Dimensions’ is the story of the Fools Brothers, their stage appearances, and of people associated with them. Abandoned by their parents as young children, the brothers are accepted by some nuns under their wing, who gave them a childhood to cherish. The nuns encouraged them to follow the path that they choose for themselves. During the film, we meet various artists, performers, well-wishers and fans, who have enjoyed the performances of the brothers and also collaborated with them for various productions. We get to hear from them, about what makes the Fools brothers a treat to watch, and how the brothers can brighten up any stage with their humor and magic. The film tries to give us an insight into the life of the Fools Brothers, entertainers who conquered the odds, to draw smiles and cheer from their audiences.

‘Fools Dimension’ is a short film by director Aram Voves. Aram meets the brothers in 2015 and they decide to collaborate to make a movie which wins various awards at festivals across the world. ‘Fools Dimension’ is a tribute to the brothers Lionel and Liam; on stage entertainers who win over their audiences with their unique style of blending comedy with magic. Structured to introduce the brothers in the classic documentary fashion with a presenter and all, the film soon moves on to territories where the Fools brothers are the strongest. The kitsch film making does poetic justice to the dispatch of cranky characters who come by. Everything about the film, from the locations to the props used for transitions, to the fonts used in storytelling, all adds to re-creating the live performances of the Brothers, the place it all began.

With the changes in the way entertainment is consumed, ‘Fools Dimension’ is a tribute to the breed of live performers who gratified their audience without the aid of technology or the trappings of a backstage crew.
